Job Description
Processes accounts payable transactions, enters invoices data, performs 3-way match, and generates payment runs. Verifies proper authorization and documentation, handles month end Payables closing activities, and reconciles CW suppliers statements.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency with Ms. Excel spreadsheets and Ms. Word processing
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of general accounting principles and practices
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational skills as well as Attention to details
