Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location. Your Responsibilities: Designs and analyzes electro-mechanical components and systems. Develops drawings and specifications for new and modified designs. Supports manufacturing and testing of electro-mechanical equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2-10 years work experience dealing with manufacture and design of engineered products
- Experience with rotating equipment and machine designs (motors, pumps, generators and propulsors)
- GD&T, CAD systems, CAE systems, FEA methods
- Ability to create models and drawings, present design reviews, and perform trade studies and design reviews
- Ability to perform analysis and studies with strong attention to details in a fast-paced environment
