Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing methods, process flows, and operational sequences to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and other manufacturing design software
- Deep understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, high-performance environment
