Job Description
Cushing Terrell is seeking a Regional Civil Engineering lead for Austin, Texas. This self-starter role involves building and leading a dynamic civil engineering team, securing contracts, and driving revenue growth within the Austin area. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, business development acumen, and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of job-related experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state
- Current NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) license
- Experience in land development, transportation, and municipal civil engineering
