Job Description
This HVAC - Mechanical Engineer -In-Training role involves assisting with HVAC and plumbing project delivery, using Revit for building information modeling, and learning the mechanical consulting profession. The position focuses on producing construction documents and understanding HVAC/plumbing system design. It's an opportunity to gain experience within a multidisciplinary design firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of job-related experience in the HVAC industry
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk MEP Revit, Auto CADD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, duct or piping sizing, chillers, heat pumps, VAV systems
- Ability to effectively manage time
