Job Description
Cuso International is seeking a Social and Inclusion Worker to collaborate with NGOs and civil society organizations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to empower stakeholders and promote gender integration and social inclusion. The role involves identifying needs, training staff, and developing gender GESI tools, with support from Cuso International's partner organizations and a modest stipend.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Gender expert, Genre Focus Point, or Social Worker roles.
- University degree in Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies, or a related field.
- Fluent in French (5+ years of proficiency).
