This volunteer placement is designed to strengthen the capacity of National Conversation Trust Funds (NCTF) across the region of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Guyana, Jamaica, and St. Lucia to mainstream gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) into their policies, programs, and services. Volunteers will support staff training, develop training materials, and develop operational and HR policies related to GESI in Caribbean nations. The placement involves a collaborative project with Cuso International focused on the BLUEPRINTS project in Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
