Job Description
Cuso International is seeking a Gender Equality Advisor for their Honduras program, working directly with partners to address gender inequality and social inclusion. The role involves supporting the creation of gender policies, conducting training, and providing assistance with international development projects. This is a 6-month volunteer position.
Requirements
- University degree in social, economics, international development and/or related field
- Knowledge/experience on Gender Equality
- Knowledge/experience in planning, administration processes, strategic design
- Previous experience in planning processes
- Knowledge/experience in research, training, and facilitation processes
- Demonstrated experience working in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team
