Job Description
Cuso International is seeking a Volunteer Placement Advisor to support the Share project in Iringa, Tanzania. This role involves developing communications and marketing plans, conducting research, and collaborating with international volunteers. The project focuses on SMEs to grow businesses, particularly for women and youth-led SMEs, in the agricultural sector. A key component of the role is facilitating workshops and providing training on business development, project management, and international collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 2 to 3 years’ work experience in communications or marketing
- Facilitation and training skills
- Experience in developing promotional content (written, visual, audio, etc.)
