Organizational Growth and Development Advisor

Cuso International is seeking a Volunteer Placement Advisor to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Envirocare’s operations, financial status, and funding sources. The volunteer will design innovative business models, identify income streams, and develop detailed sustainability reports. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of inclusive development and contribute to the sustainable development goals of developing countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of sustainable business practices
• At least 4 years of experience in organizational development, business development, or related fields
• Proven track record in fundraising and resource mobilization
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
