Job Description
Cuso International is seeking a Resource Mobilization Advisor to support their projects in Ethiopia, working with the New Bright Community Development Center. This role involves research and development of donor strategies, establishing donor management systems, capacity building, and fostering collaboration with partner organizations. The focus is on impactful community development and gender equality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in development studies, project management, social science, communication, or related field
- Experience in grant writing and fundraising
- Knowledge of resource mobilization strategies
- Good understanding of donor interest
- Project management skills
- Proposal development skills
- Language proficiency in English (5-6)
