Requirements
- Customer-focused, helpful, and enthusiastic
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Perfect Dutch language skills
- Availability of at least 24 hours per week
- Willingness to participate in a three-week paid full-time training on-site in Den Bosch
- Willingness to work 1 Saturday per month
- Microsoft laptop or PC, headset, and stable internet connection
