We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to help customers with questions about their internet and TV services. The role involves working from home and at the office, with a pleasant atmosphere and flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Customer-focused, helpful, and enthusiastic
• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Perfect Dutch language skills
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week
• Willingness to participate in a three-week paid full-time training on-site in Den Bosch
• Willingness to work 1 Saturday per month
• Microsoft laptop or PC, headset, and stable internet connection
