FP&A Analyst

Customs Support Group (CSG) is a European market leader in customs services, seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst. The role involves financial planning and forecasting, analysis, performance optimization, cost control, and providing data-driven insights to support business strategy. The Analyst will work in a hybrid model and collaborate with department heads across countries.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company or consultancy
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently

• Proficiency in financial software, business intelligence tools and ERP systems
