Requirements

• Manages and processes claims and potential disputes
• Proactively addresses operational/legal problems that can impact the services provided
• Maintains an excellent relationship with the managers of the entities and various team leaders to remain well-informed and involved in various operations as much as possible
• Assists in audits performed by authorities and makes recommendations to the management of the entities
• Monitors customs compliance tasks performed in various entities by performing self-audits and quality controls
