Job Description
Organization, supervision, and control of construction operations, including management, coordination, supervision, and control of subordinates, development and control of construction schedules, and supervision and control of construction processes, quality, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Education in construction or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in construction management (desirable in commercial/industrial projects over $3 million)
- Mastery of construction technologies (from basics to full integration)
- Computer skills (AutoCad, MS Office)
- Certification in Construction Process is valued
