The Director of Patient Care Services, RN is responsible for managing and monitoring overall performance for all health delivery systems, overseeing patient care, and promoting home health referrals.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the State of California
• BS Degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing
• Minimum one (1) supervisory experience in a home health setting
• Preferred three (3) years of recent home health or hospital
• Valid BLS certification
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and Joint Commission standards
• Communication, critical thinking, computer skills; Clinical decision making, Quality Management
