Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health

This is a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health position at CVS Health. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities with members to evaluate their medical and behavioral health needs. The job requires advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, as well as experience working with the maternity population and crisis intervention skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with the Maternity Population
• Crisis intervention skills/experience
• Current Active unrestricted licensure (LCSW or LCPC) in the state of IL required
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical practice experience post masters in Behavioral Health
• Minimum 1+ year of Case Management experience
• Willing and able to travel up to 25% of their time
• 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Reliable Transportation required. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
• Required to work scheduled hours required for this position - Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5pm CST.
