CVS Health is seeking an experienced Lead Director of Product Management to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of our product roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will drive innovation, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years overall experience, including 8+ years of product management experience, owning enterprise-scale products/capabilities
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or insurance
• Experience working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teams
• Ability to travel at least 25% per year
