Lead Director Category Manager Digestive Health

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director Category Manager for the Digestive Health category. The role will lead merchandising efforts, develop and execute category strategy, and collaborate across the organization to deliver industry leading growth plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Retail Category Management, Retail CPG, Private Equity, Investment Banking or Management Consulting
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and drive category growth through innovative strategies
• Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights for assortment optimization, pricing strategies, and performance forecasting
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional team members, internally and with suppliers
• Proven track record of influencing others with and without authority
• Skilled in negotiating and structuring win-win agreements with suppliers and partners to maximize profitability and strengthen relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very strong interpersonal and presentation skills and strong executive presence
• Expertise leveraging MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Experience managing and developing a high performing direct report
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
