Requirements
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for SG&A expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Manage month-end close activities, including preparation of detailed variance analyses comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Oversee payroll and benefits accounting for MinuteClinic, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools to monitor and evaluate payroll-related metrics and trends.
- Support the expanding Primary Care business by forecasting expenses and labor hours, and providing insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to understand drivers of financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously seek process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities.
