Primary Care- Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic patient care to their community. The role involves providing evidenced-based care, administering immunizations, and handling administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program, current National Board Certification, and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

Requirements

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
• Order and administer immunizations and injections.
• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
• Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on the market.
