Senior Manager, Clinician Operations

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Clinician Operations to lead a group of Operations Managers and translate regional market strategy into actionable deliverables across assigned clinician networks. The role will collaborate with stakeholders to model Clinician Colleague criteria for success and support strategic initiatives with recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience, including minimum 2 years of management experience
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Adept at business intelligence
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Prior healthcare experience
