Requirements
- Strong problem solving, analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Experience leading conversations with cross-functional partners
- Expertise in starting with raw data and transforming it into financial insights
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
- Experience working through ambiguous projects
- 8+ years of experience in managed care, with a focus in pharmacy benefit management
- Advanced capabilities using Microsoft Excel for data analytics and financial modeling/analysis
- Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
