Requirements
- Advocate for engineering best practices, including test coverage, clean code, and security.
- Be data-driven and articulate the value our platform provides to all engineering teams at CVS Health.
- Build, optimize, fine-tune Generative AI/LLM models to transform experience into solutions and deploy them.
- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate AI research into practical, deployable solutions that address business needs and enhance decision-making processes.
- Lead the prototyping and experimentation with new generative models, optimizing them for specific use cases (e.g., content generation, personalization, simulation) and scaling prototypes into production-grade applications.
- Emphasize the importance of mentorship and training to upskill both yourself and junior engineers, fostering a strong and supportive engineering team.
- Act as a technical leader across all parts of the CVS Health Infrastructure engineering team.
- Develop clear, concise, and clean code in any language (mostly in Spring and React/NextJS) that fits the needs of our colleagues and services offered.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to standardize how we can enhance the experience.
- Stay aligned with the latest developments in cloud-native and ML ops/engineering and to experiment with and learn new technologies – NumPy, data science packages like sci-kit, microservices architecture.
- Actively participate in the design and architecture process for new services across teams.
