Software Development Engineer

CVS Health is hiring a Software Development Engineer for a dynamic new initiative that will run out of their state-of-the-art offices at Bonham Quay in Galway. The role involves driving business agility and growth through technology, data, digital, and experiential innovations.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional IT experience
• 3+ years software development and requirement analysis, design experience
• 3+ years Full-stack - JAVA application design and development
• 3+ years of GCP experience - Deployment & Configurations
• 3+ years of spring boot experience
• 3+ years of KAFKA / GCP pub sub
• 3+ years of POSTGRES / cloud SQL experience
• 3+ years of experience with Data Persistence
• 3+ years of experience with Strong Fundamentals in the following: Experience in IO Package, Experience in Spring MVC, Experience in Collections, Multithreading, Java Memory Management and Exception Handling
• 3+ years of Strong background on Web Services (SOAP, REST), JEE and/or Spring frameworks
• 2+ year of Elastic Search Experience is preferred
