We are looking for an exceptional Company Manager to build and lead our Swedish operation in Stockholm. Your initial focus will be on establishing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and completing deals on time.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
- High work morale and “Sense of Urgency”
- Exceptional drive and willingness to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, as well as winning trust from business leaders
- Ability to communicate effectively at the management and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- A natural leader, preferably with experience of leading teams
- Fluent Swedish and English
- A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
