We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Manager to lead our Danish department in Copenhagen towards further growth and success. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, ideally from management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, high-growth startups, or similar dynamic environments
- Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of all tasks
- Deep engagement in the venture capital and startup industry with passion for analysis and investment in companies
- Ability to collect people and create strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills on management and board level
- Ability to win trust from business leaders
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Natural sales skills and ability to work strategically and operationally with sales
- Strong leadership skills, preferably with previous experience in leading teams
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Preferred existing network in the Danish startup ecosystem
