Director at CVX Ventures Sweden

We are looking for an exceptional Director to build and lead our Swedish operations in Stockholm. You will develop and implement your strategy for the Swedish market, lead the expansion in Sweden, and be responsible for the Swedish balance sheet and operating result.

Requirements

• High work ethic and 'sense of urgency'
• Exceptional drive and the willingness to be the best at what you do
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups or dynamic environments
• Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
• Strong interest in venture capital and startups with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
• Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, as well as winning the trust of business leaders
• Ability to communicate effectively at management and board level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
• A natural leader, preferably with experience of leading teams
• Fluent Swedish and English
• A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
