Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups or dynamic environments
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, as well as winning the trust of business leaders
- Ability to communicate effectively at management and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Natural ability to sell and success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Natural leader, preferably with experience of leading teams
- Fluent Swedish and English
- A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
