We are looking for a Venture Lead to build and lead our Finnish division in Helsinki. As the first person on ground, this is a hands-on role where your initial focus will be on establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience ideally in venture capital, high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
- Proactive approach and take ownership of everything you do
- Deep interest in the venture capital and start-up space, with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
- People-oriented with the ability to bring people together
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level
- Ability to win the trust of business leaders
- Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Natural ability to sell and work with sales on a strategic as well as an operative level
- Strong leadership skills and we ideally see that you have led and managed teams in the past
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Preferably, a network in the Finnish start-up ecosystem
