Job Description
As a Guest Service Manager of Food and Beverage, you will oversee the daily operations of the Williamsburg Lodge dining room and lounge areas. This includes ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, monitoring and controlling payroll and labor costs, enhancing revenue opportunities, and maintaining the quality of guest service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Business Management
- 2 years of supervisory experience in fine dining operations
- High school diploma or GED with 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience
- Knowledge of food, beverage, service, and payroll cost control methods
- Ability to communicate well, exercise tact and discretion, and demonstrate courtesy and hospitality
