Job Description
Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking a Security/Public Safety Officer to patrol its historic area, assist employees and guests, and respond to emergency situations. The officer will conduct routine patrols, document and record unusual conditions, and provide emergency assistance. The role requires excellent public contact skills, communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment under stress.
Requirements
- High school/GED
- Excellent public contact skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to read, write, and prepare reports using a computer
- Sound judgment under stress
- Valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver's license
- 5-year Motor Vehicle Record prior to employment
