Job Description
CWD is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead their Marketing Department, overseeing E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams. This role focuses on elevating brand presence and driving business development, requiring a strategic leader with experience in brand management and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in digital brand management, leading social media, PR, and content
- Five (5) years of leadership experience
- Proficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics
- Intermediate experience using social media analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Analytical and highly motivated self-starter
- Detail oriented problem solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
