AI agent Engineer

We are looking for an AI agent Engineer to join our Data & AI team. The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-powered MS Copilot agents and pipelines to automate repetitive tasks and simplify workflows across all teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying agents or similar AI-driven automation solutions.
• Strong Python skills for scripting, API integrations, and data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow in a production environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services) is a must have.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams and gather precise requirements.
• Problem-solving mindset: Focus on delivering practical, user-centric automation with minimal complexity.
• Pedagogical approach: Passion for teaching teams how to leverage copilots and automation in their daily work.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) for collaboration and documentation.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, n8n) for our POCs.
