Job Description
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to manage HR operations in France and Tunisia, providing a human-centric experience to employees and supporting managers. The role involves full employee lifecycle ownership, local compliance, and HR business partnering. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, strong knowledge of French labor law, and fluency in English and French.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in an HR generalist or HRBP role, ideally in international, multicultural companies
- Strong working knowledge of French labor law
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Autonomous but not isolated
- Detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, creative, and solution-driven
- Proactive mindset and naturally take initiative to improve HR processes, employee experience, or internal practices
