cyber•Fund is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support a Founder in Cyprus. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate the manager’s needs.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
