Learning & Development Lead

CyberCare is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to build and lead their training initiatives, focusing on onboarding, employee growth, and a long-term learning strategy. The role involves leading a team of 3-6 people and partnering with leaders to identify skill gaps. The company offers career development training and a flexible work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading Learning & Development on a strategic, company-wide level.
• Ability to build and scale L&D frameworks that support business goals and employee growth.
• Strong people leadership skills - building, coaching, and developing teams.
• Solid knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or technical environment is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Experience with LTSM (Learning Management Systems) is preferred.
