Data Analyst

CTEC is a leading technology firm that provides modernization, digital transformation, and application development services to the U.S. Federal Government. We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support our mission of empowering lives through SSA’s Employment Support Initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant data analysis or data management experience
• High school diploma or GED with 8–10 years of directly related experience in data analysis, reporting, or comparable roles
• Demonstrated proficiency using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R, or Python)
• Strong skills in data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis
• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and data quality standards
• Familiarity with SSA, federal data privacy, and security requirements preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all work with sensitive data
