Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant data analysis or data management experience
- High school diploma or GED with 8–10 years of directly related experience in data analysis, reporting, or comparable roles
- Demonstrated proficiency using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R, or Python)
- Strong skills in data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and data quality standards
- Familiarity with SSA, federal data privacy, and security requirements preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all work with sensitive data
