Job Description
CyberSheath is seeking a Helpdesk Technician III to provide technical support for our clients' systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced remote Managed Services Practice
- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve client requests involving end-user hardware, software, and cloud services
- Provide day-to-day operational support for various IT systems and applications
