Requirements

• Strategic advice on all patent law questions
• Development and implementation of global intellectual property (IP) strategies
• Identification and protection of valuable innovations
• Coordination and support in drafting, filing, and managing international patent portfolios
• Analysis of third-party IP landscapes
• Professional assessment in patentability, validity, infringement, and enforcement questions
• Communication with external patent attorneys, patent offices, and legal stakeholders
• Function as an internal contact person for IP-related risks and opportunities
• Participation in the further development of internal IP processes
