Pricing Analyst

This position is for a Pricing Analyst within a vibrant workforce solutions organization, focusing on compliance, competitive pricing strategies, and sustainable staffing solutions within the government and private sectors, particularly federal contracts. The role involves analyzing data, developing pricing models, and providing support to finance, business development, and proposal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within staffing, government contracting, or healthcare services
• Familiarity with SCA wage determinations, FAR cost principles, and federal procurement processes is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
