Cypfer is a true first-responder Cybersecurity organization enabling clients to return to business rapidly, the right way, following a cyber-attack. We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Recovery Specialist to join our Cyber Incident Remediation and Restoration (CIRRT) team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of senior technical support, system administration or related customer facing role
- Bilingual English and French
- Active Directory knowledge
- VMWare ESX/HyperV knowledge
- Windows environment knowledge
- Experience with hardware platforms
- Passion for solving customer issues
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities
