Job Description
Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a motivated O&M Regional Manager to lead team members during new site construction and oversee maintenance activities. The role involves managing solar PV and storage sites, ensuring optimal performance, and ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability. This is a critical role responsible for team leadership and operational oversight in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience with management of a diverse team
- NABCEP Certified Installation Professional
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with utility-scale PV maintenance
- Experience with operation of SCADA, DAS and UPS systems
- Skilled in the use of testing equipment and tools such as Thermographic Electrical Inspection, IV Curve Tracing, Meggers, Ground Fault Detection
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices
- Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA 30 HR Training
- NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in workplace
- Ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends
