Job Description
Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation (CHLDC) is seeking a Development Associate/Individual Giving Coordinator to support the organization's growing fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer and project manager with experience in grants, contracts, or donor engagement in a nonprofit setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 2 years of experience with grants, contracts, or donor engagement in a nonprofit setting
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of online grant systems (Grants.gov, PASSPort, Grants Gateway, SAM) preferred
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, and Instrumentl
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
