D-BAT is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to provide a quality teaching environment and enhance the baseball and softball experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, has a positive attitude, and is a continuous learner.

- Experience working in a guest facing job
- Experience working with clients and customers of different ages from youth to adult
- Prior experience within a gym or other bookable training positions is a plus
