D-BAT is looking for a Softball Training Instructor to provide a quality teaching environment and develop future softball standouts. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game and teaching methodology, and has experience playing or coaching softball at the college, independent, minor, or professional level.

Requirements

• College, independent, minors, or professional playing or coaching experience
• Experience giving one on one lessons or coaching within a softball camp environment
• Team coaching experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge on multiple technological platforms
• Ability to use technology to help himself become more efficient and effective in maintaining his relationships with clients
