Job Description
A Welder at D&H Industries performs a variety of welding utilizing MIG/Robotic Welders and Spot/Resistance Welders to ensure components are being welded to engineered specifications.
Requirements
- Read blueprints/drawings and job routing and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
- Set up components for welding according to specifications.
- Weld components/parts by operating MIG /Robotic Welders and Spot/Resistance Welders to setup sheets specifications.
- Inspect weldments for obvious and non-obvious defects.
- Perform metal finishing such as grinding to remove defects and/or fix surfaces to bring them to the required quality level.
