Loan Processor

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Loan Processor to process mortgage loans and provide customer service to builders and homebuyers. The ideal candidate will have one year of technical school or a certificate from college, and three to six months of related experience or training. The position requires proficiency in MS Office and email, strong written communication skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Oversee the receipt of a file from a Loan Officer through Final Approval
• Review the file for correct stacking order, AU findings for initial determination, and appropriate documentation
• Submit all files to a DHI Underwriter at your Regional Underwriting Center, and review conditions when received from underwriting
• Read updates and comply with all Quality Control policies
• Maintain an accurate communication log
• Attend weekly processor meetings as directed by the Branch Manager
• Reconcile the Fee Summary Sheet
