Requirements

• Administer maintenance of third party vendor accounts
• Conduct reviews of third party vendor account access
• Responds to user requests for information
• Organizes and responds to requests via email or phone
• Records and documents problems in Cherwell tracking system
• Escalates issues to Level II or Level III Systems Support Specialists
