Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Operations team. This is a hybrid role which requires in office presence 4 days per week in downtown Toronto. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, managing IT assets and supporting onboarding and offboarding of users.
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Previous experience in a cloud-based or SaaS environment preferred
